You can submit a contact form via our website or give us a call. We will always respond within 24 hours.

2. You will get a cash offer

Within 1hr we will call you to discuss your needs and find out more about your property. Then using our own valuation system, we will provide you a ‘offer in principle’. This is not the final offer and may change following a survey or valuation of your property.

3. We arrange an appraisal

Once you accept the offer in principle, an appraisal will be arranged in order to check the property in person, so that a formal offer can be provided and free of charge.

4. Solicitors fees

As a private property buyer, we will cover solicitors fees. You do not pay anything.

5. Property Survey

We will conduct a survey of the property to get an accurate valuation. This is free of charge and we use our own surveyor who can give the best valuation for the property.

6. Completion of sale

Once all the paperwork is complete, cash will be transferred into your bank account same day.
